A little more cousin time

After dinner with Baysa, we headed back to Grandma and Grandpa's. I got to hang out with Ella and Emily. Which was fun and it delayed my bath. I have really cool cousins.
They like to play blocks just like me.

Emily is the oldest, she is really good with blocks.

Then their Mommy came and they had to go and I had to get a bath. Tomorrow we head to Vegas and points north. Look out Utah, I am coming home. Well I was born in Utah, so it will always be home. Thank you Grandma and Grandpa Young and everyone else in California we had a great visit. Now come visit me in Florida. Just wait for me to get home.

A visit with Mommy's friend

We got to meet up with Mommy's friend Baysa and enjoy her company and eat at Olive Garden. It was a fun time.
Mommy and Baysa

Me and Baysa misbehaving during dinner.

The three Mongolians.

Now Mommy says Baysa has to come visit us in Florida. It is the adult version of tag.

A day at the Museum with Grandma and Grandpa, Mommy and Daddy too....

We took a trip to another valley to the Natural History Museum in downtown LA. It was a cool trip. We went to see the Dinosaurs and they had a lot. Of course, they were all bones.

That is just a cool picture.

Mommy learned the Jeffersonian from "Bones" is actually in California.

Leaf fishing in the pond.

Mommy, me and Daddy in the fountain. Took so long the water turned off.

I have been having a great time in the Valley. The weather has been nice since we got here. Man I am one lucky kid. Coast to coast and a lot more to see.

Playing catch and cousin time

In another valley, far far away, we hung out with our family. Grandpa got me a glove and Connor, Daddy, Uncle Scott and me played catch. Then Conner roughed me up, that is what bigger cousins do. We had some fun and ate good food.
I am a natural of course I caught this one with my face.

I think I have this one.

He is tickling me.

Ok, you win.

Daddy, Uncle Scott and Aunt Michelle looking over Dad's ribs.

Five of the seven cousins. Ella, me, Connor, Emily and Owen (Maria and Taylor missing).

It has really been fun seeing the cousins. I hope they will visit me in Florida. After all I drove 2,500 miles to hang out with them.

The Strawberry Festival

We are now in the valley. I have no idea which one, but we are having fun. We went to the Strawberry Festival. I did not eat as many strawberries as Daddy, but I had some fun!
Me chilling in a new car!

Ella, Grandma and Grandpa Young.

Me on the run!

Me and the coke bear.

Me and Mommy on the crazy ride.

Not as much fun, but it is cool for me.

Flying on the ride!

And me flying for real.

We had a great time and I really had some fun. Thanks Mommy and Daddy for standing in line and thanks for Grandma and Grandpa for taking us to the Strawberry Festival in Oxnard, CA.

Relaxing and visiting in 29 Palms

Daddy was off his game.... does not have a lot of pictures. He was on vacation from taking pictures. That said, we had a nice family dinner with a lot of cousins and got some rest before moving on to LA.
Daddy and me watching TV. The view is better from up here.

Me hanging with Uncle John.

Rock climbing in Joshua Tree

From Phoenix we moved on to California. So we have officially driven across the country, but only crossed three time zones. Still it was a long drive. We came to 29 Palms to visit Aunt Sis and Uncle John and climb some rock apparently.

Me and Mommy on a rock!

Me and Mommy on another rock!

Hey, look, we found another rock to sit on.

Can you believe it, another rock!

Well at least once we got to the top we found a tank. So it was worth the climb.

We will be in 29 Palms for 3 days, so more to come. You might even see a picture of the people we came to visit.

Lunch with Mommy's friend

The real reason we went to Phoenix was to visit Mommy's friend. They served on a mission together, way back in the very late 1990s. Since we were driving across the country, why not visit an old friend, it works for Daddy, why not Mommy.

Robin, Mommy and me.... I was not going to be denied a chance to have my picture taken.

Then we were off to California!!

Swimming in Phoenix

After two days of driving I got a chance to relax at the pool with Daddy. The Holiday Inn Express in Phoenix, AZ was really nice and had a great pool. We used it twice and got some pictures of me learning to dive to the bottom.

The Pool, that is me and Daddy.
Me and Daddy...
Daddy making sure I am coming up.
Swimming is so much fun!
Daddy keeping a watchful eye on me under water!

It was fun to relax and have nowhere to go! Well we had a lunch schedule, but I got two hours of fun in the pool! And in Phoenix, the pool is a nice place to be!

The deer from outside of Flag Staff, AZ.

On our way from New Mexico to Arizona Daddy remembered a really cool place he had been a few years back. It was an animal rescue farm.  I have never fed and played with deer before.  So, we decided to go see the deer. We bought some food for them and I made a lot of friends.
Here we are feeding a few deer.

It is a male deer, eating out of Mommy's hand.

I learned you can clean your hand on the deer's back.

Man these guys are hungry.

More please....

They just keep coming and coming.

This was a nice break from our long car ride and we really enjoyed it!!! Thanks Dad!

Mother's Day!!!

We celebrated Mother's day in New Mexico. Of course, since Mommy is home, every day is Mother's Day!  Mommy is home and it was a great present for me. I got Mommy a card and took her to IHOP for breakfast.

Me and Mommy on Mother's Day. I brought Daddy along to pay and take pictures.

Happy Mother's Day to all you Mothers out there. Without you, we would not be here!
